We are not liable for any legal issues arising from customer-submitted designs.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • We may cancel any order if:
    • Design violates policy
    • Payment issues occur
    • Fraud is suspected
  • Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are listed in INR (₹) unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to change prices anytime without notice.
  • Full payment is required before production begins.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates only, not guaranteed.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or external factors.
  • Risk of loss passes to the customer once the product is shipped.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Since all products are custom-made, returns are not accepted unless:
    • Wrong product delivered
    • Printing defect or manufacturing error
  • Refunds (if approved) are processed after verification.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All website content (logos, designs, text) belongs to NexTrend.
  • Customers cannot copy, reproduce, or reuse our designs without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Loss of business or profit
  • Printing errors due to customer-provided files
  • Delays or courier damage after dispatch

Maximum liability is limited to the order value.

  • You must provide accurate information when ordering.
  • Any misuse of the website may result in account/order termination.
